As a Senior Engineer at T-Mobile USA Inc., I played a critical role in the Device Financing
Program, leading the integration and development of the New Financial System (NFS) for managing loans and leases. The Device Financing Program is designed to empower
T-Mobile customers by providing flexible and accessible financial solutions for purchasing the latest devices and technology. The NFS replaced legacy systems like
EIP and SAP LAE, ensuring the financial operations within T-Mobile are seamless,secure, and scalable.
This system is the primary record-keeping platform for all FinCo financial instruments, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate financial transaction history. Hosted by Oracle,
the system provides critical functionalities, such as precise payment and credit applications, compliance traceability, and contract management. The integration of the
NFS system with T-Mobile’s broader financial ecosystem ensures efficiency, supports TMobile’s long-term business goals, and lays a solid foundation for future financial
products and market expansion. 

The Simple Account Management (SAM) project at T-Mobile was a strategic initiative to revolutionize how postpaid customers manage their accounts. As a Software Engineer, I contributed to developing a seamless, intuitive, and secure interface that enables customers to manage their accounts digitally via the my.T-Mobile.com website or the T-Mobile App. The SAM project aimed to enhance the digital customer experience by simplifying account management, reducing operational costs, and supporting T-Mobile's long-term growth goals. By integrating advanced technology solutions, the SAM project ensured that customers could easily manage their account details, billing, and services through a user-friendly platform, helping to reduce customer churn and improve satisfaction. This project involved collaboration with the Digital Product and Technology (DPM) group within TMobile’s Product and Technology organization to create an experience that aligned with T-Mobile's commitment to innovation, security, and operational efficiency

Project 2: Consolidated Cart Checkout -- This project, Consolidated Cart, is a multiplephased program that ultimately enhances the wireless ordering and wireline provide flows to create a unified checkout experience with an underlying common cart. It will create back-end infrastructure to support a unified cart and checkout experience for the Wireline and Wireless Online Provider Buy Flows, delivering Persistent Cart functionality.
Credit Risk Systems Manager (CRSM): CRSM will revolutionize the way AT&T conducts credit.

Project 1: This project will migrate the IRU and CRUs excluded from MyATT Sales, currently serviced on Premier. MyATT Sales will add features needed to support the migration of the remaining IRU customers. MyATT Sales will add the following features to support the migration of these FANs:
Custom Device Pricing, MRC Modifiers, Product Allowances, Split Liability, Corporate Co-Pay, and MyATT Services will add capabilities for both basic IRUs and ServiceDefined Users.

Service Engineering Tooling is a tool and team that enables engineering teams to realize system integration in SOA and other types of integration. Do automation to achieve architecture independence by generating models (SDM, SDMI, SMAP) to improve productivity by creating artefacts (Message Specification, POJO, Web Services, SOAP, JSON, Spring Integration HA configuration, Cobol, Copybooks, JUnit, LISA Virtualization stubs, Payloads etc.) and to increase quality. Ensure alignments across independently developed systems. Build custom generators for legacy systems and Future State Architecture (FSA) projects.

To develop and install modifications to the Direct Delivery DOS systems and Source availability system to provide an alternative method for the order management and flow of processes associated with slow-moving SKUs (A slow-moving/selling SKU has less than 20 disbursements per week for more than 13 ). This change allows slowselling SKUs to be sourced for customer order sales from vendor-managed inventory, thus enabling these slow-selling SKUs currently stocked at the direct delivery facilities to be removed, driving bottom-line cost reductions and improved inventory Work Experience management. This project provides the ability to set specific flow paths for items using an improved hierarchy that the business can maintain and manage.

The VCP application currently enables the business to charge Vendors for P.O.
(Purchase Order), Invoice generation and Shipping issues to Sears and Kmart
locations. A VCP web tool will be built for users to inquire about and update Vendor Compliance debit and credit charges, create new credit, and update and/or re-process pending, failed and processed debit and credit charges.

The IMPACT program is a marketing and advertising transformation program

The S1 Application Manager (SAM) is the Admin tool for setting up and managing
S1Banking Solutions applications, including Corporate Banking. S1 Corporate Banking
is a full-featured Internet banking application that delivers comprehensive functionality
specifically targeting corporate owner-operators.
